ActsLala is a multilingual progressive web application (PWA) for ephemeral text chat and optional video chat. Messages are designed to be short-lived. The Service supports many languages and may be installed as a PWA.
lala is prepaid in-app digital credit used only within ActsLala for features such as extended chat sessions, video chat metering, and related premium functions. lala is not legal tender, cryptocurrency, e-money withdrawable to cash, or a product for transfer between users or third parties.

If the owner has connected Google and separately allowed sending mail (gmail.send), invites are sent first from the owner’s own Gmail account, only to the addresses the owner confirmed. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GBFCIP team LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
To protect privacy and system stability, the Service performs a scheduled data reset (overwrite or deletion of temporary data) at least once every 24 hours. The Service may be unavailable, or data may be removed, during this process.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, GBFCIP team LLC is not liable to free or paid users for unavailability or data loss caused by scheduled resets or announced maintenance. Lala is not deducted for requests that do not complete.
If the Service is interrupted for an individual user by an external attack or a software fault on our side, and the interruption is confirmed by our server logs, we will extend the validity period of that user’s lala by 1.5 times the number of days interrupted.
If lala was deducted for a use that failed because of such an interruption, we will restore it and may, at our discretion, grant an additional 0.5 times that amount as bonus lala.
Requests must be made through the Contact form within 14 days. Compensation is provided only as lala or validity extension; it is not payable in cash and is not transferable.
This section does not apply to scheduled resets, announced maintenance, or failures of third-party services or of a user’s own accounts or keys (including Google or Gemini usage limits).
AI chat works in one of three ways chosen by the user: (1) the user’s own Google free key, (2) the user’s own Google paid key, or (3) the optional “actslala key” described below. With (1) and (2), the key is the user’s own, the user must manage it, and it is subject to Google’s terms and usage limits. By default a user’s key is kept only on the user’s device; however, the user may choose to store it on our server, where it is kept encrypted and deleted when the user deletes the key. Switching between connections never deletes a saved key; a key is deleted only when the user chooses to delete it. While a key is saved on a device, the login ID of that device is fixed to the ID that saved it until all saved keys are deleted. AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional advice. The AI only drafts; emails are sent only after the user confirms. If a Gemini key is connected, the chat screen may also use it in the user’s own browser to translate incoming messages and to turn voice input into text; the message text or voice clip is then sent from the browser to Google under the user’s key.
Lala is deducted per completed answer at the rates shown in the app and in the FAQ. Rates may change with advance notice in the app.
“actslala key” subscription. The actslala key lets the user use the AI secretary through our company key instead of their own. It requires an annual subscription of US$12 (US$1 per month, billed as a single annual payment) processed by Lemon Squeezy and renewing every year until cancelled. The subscription does not include Lala. While subscribed, Lala is deducted per use as assistant fees: 90 Lala per text answer, 150 Lala per important-mail summary you ask for, voice consultation at about 277 Lala per 10 seconds (same rate as a video call), 500 Lala per web-search answer, and up to 700 Lala for detailed research; there are no free daily uses. Daily usage limits per user and for the service as a whole apply and may cause the service to be temporarily unavailable. Cancelling stops renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid period; refunds follow the Refund Policy. When this option is used, the user’s chat text and voice are processed by Google Gemini through our key and are not stored on our server.
English: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be finally settled by arbitration in Seoul, Republic of Korea, under the New York Convention and in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB). 'lala' is an in-app prepaid digital asset and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to others, or withdrawn. Registration (via email or mobile number) is required for recharging.

ActsLala is offered to a global audience. The legality of online chat, translation, video, email sending, AI features, in-app credits and similar services differs from country to country, and we do not guarantee that the Service is lawful or available in every country or region.
If the laws of your country or region restrict or prohibit the use of the Service, or impose conditions on it, you are solely responsible for deciding whether to use ActsLala and for complying with those laws. By using the Service you confirm that your use is permitted where you are located. We may restrict or end access for any user or region where required by law.
